Camillus, N.Y. — Township 5 is continuing to add new tenants.

The latest is Café Pastel, which is set to open later this year, according to Township 5. It’ll feature coffee, coffee drinks and a breakfast and lunch menu.

The eatery will also have specialty cakes and desserts available, Township 5 said.

Café Pastel owner Maria Rotella has been making custom cakes and desserts in the Syracuse area for over a decade. The café will have a focus on sustainability and be plastic free.

Café Pastel will join at least two other new businesses coming soon to Township 5.

Colorful Inspirations by Diane, a Camillus gift shop, is relocating to the development this fall. And a new ninja-style fitness venue, The Warrior Factory, is in the works as well.
